my internet philosophy

I believe the internet should feel like home again.

Somewhere along the way, we lost something beautiful. The web used to be a space for self-expression, chaos, curiosity, and comfort — full of glittering pages, personal shrines, weird blogs, pixel art, and infinite scrolls into someone's soul. It was raw, imperfect, and alive.

Now, it often feels like a sterile showroom. We’re funneled into apps built to trap us in loops of comparison, consumption, and performative engagement. The joy of discovery has been replaced with the pressure to perform. But I believe we can shift the perspective back.

Let’s bring back the version of the internet that felt like passing notes in class, making secret scrapbooks, or stumbling into forgotten corners of a friend’s world. A digital bedroom. A dream journal. A mixtape in the form of a website. Not made to go viral — made to mean something.
